14 day refund
If Slash That is not for you, write to hello@slashthat.app within 14 days of your payment and we will refund it in full, no questions asked.
Renewals
Yearly renewals are also covered for 14 days after the renewal charge. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged at all.
How the money comes back
Refunds are processed by our payment provider back to the original card. Banks usually show the money within 5 to 10 working days.
After a refund
Your account moves back to the Free plan. Your text templates stay saved, and anything above the Free limit is simply locked until you upgrade again.
